Admin Assistant Korea

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks

  • Provide secretarial and administration support to Regional Sales Manager (f/m)
  • Phone operation and correspondence with customers
  • Arrangement of sample shipment
  • Prepare technical documentations
  • Close collaboration with the German Headquarter
  • Liaise with Marketing team to provide sales support such as exhibition preparation, document translation and advertisement
  • Office maintenance (repair, leakage etc.), close contact with property management office, office tidiness and security monitoring
  • Purchase support & office consumables inventory management

Your skills

  • At least 5 years of working experience as administration assistant
  • A college degree in business studies or administration management
  • Experience in working in small or medium sized enterprise in an technical environment
  • Intercultural competence and very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, well organized, and detail oriented
