After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Provide secretarial and administration support to Regional Sales Manager (f/m)
- Phone operation and correspondence with customers
- Arrangement of sample shipment
- Prepare technical documentations
- Close collaboration with the German Headquarter
- Liaise with Marketing team to provide sales support such as exhibition preparation, document translation and advertisement
- Office maintenance (repair, leakage etc.), close contact with property management office, office tidiness and security monitoring
- Purchase support & office consumables inventory management
Your skills
- At least 5 years of working experience as administration assistant
- A college degree in business studies or administration management
- Experience in working in small or medium sized enterprise in an technical environment
- Intercultural competence and very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Dynamic, highly motivated, well organized, and detail oriented
