After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Administrative & accounts support of offices in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia
- Responsible for checking and analysing monthly finance reports and alignment to colleague in German HQ
- Act as Main contact person for auditors, etc. regarding accounting in coordination with HQ
- Transfer price calculation
- Quarterly GST return and corporate tax computation
- Support Manager in legal topics in coordination with the German legal team (e.g. checking NDA)
- HR Administrative support (travel expense claim, management of insurance, etc., support visa applications)
- Government grant/subsidies/incentives applications
- Support corporate secretarial & taxation matters
- Support vendor assessment
Your skills
- At least 5 years of working experience as an accountant or office assistant with accounting tasks
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting, finance or similar
- Some HR and payroll experience preferred
- Excellent self-organization skills and proactivity
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Dynamic, highly motivated, well organized and detail oriented
- Very good team player
