After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Processing of Accounts Receivable/Payable using QuickBooks
- Reconciliation of billing and invoicing
- Management of overdue accounts
- Collection of payments
- Documentation of financial transactions
- Preparation of financial reports
- Maintaining records by filing documents
Your skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a bookkeeping role or other related position preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or similar
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
