After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks

  • Processing of Accounts Receivable/Payable using QuickBooks
  • Reconciliation of billing and invoicing
  • Management of overdue accounts
  • Collection of payments
  • Documentation of financial transactions
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Maintaining records by filing documents

Your skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a bookkeeping role or other related position preferred
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or similar
  • Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent written verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
