Sales Administrative Assistant USA, full time - Boston

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks

  • Receive and screen incoming phone calls, e-mails and mail
  • Support the sales team in calendar management
  • Organize business trips at national and international level including preparation of travel expense reports for our sales team
  • Prepare and follow-up on internal and external meetings as well as preparing presentations and meeting minutes
  • Create analyses, support in the development of action plans and deadline management
  • Additional tasks as assigned such as handling of financial and accounting tasks in the scope of a vacation replacement, etc.

Your skills

  • You are located in the Greater Sudbury Area (MA)
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business studies, office management or similar
  • At least three years of experience in office administration
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office software including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to work with these programs
  • Proficient writing skills, focusing on business-type correspondence, recording meeting minutes and drafting concise reports are important
  • Capability of providing clear information in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritize and Willingness to work in an international team
