您的职责

  • Travel arrangement/booking, bill checking & settlement
  • Office equipment management
  • Greeting visitors with drinks
  • Send & receive domestic and oversea deliveries, full documentation
  • File update on public drive
  • Office maintenance (repair, leakage, parking lot etc.), close contact with property management office, office tidiness monitoring, office fire security monitoring with agents
  • Purchase support & office consumables inventory management
  • IT coordination with HQ, sales meeting/exhibition/HR support
  • other general secretarial and administration support to Shanghai office

您所需要的

  • At least 2 years of relevant office experience
  • Enough English skill for office work
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • stable, highly-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, highly-committed, friendly
