您的职责
- Bank payments domestic and overseas with full supporting paperwork
- In charge of all A/P & A/R
- Process RSM’s travel reimbursement in compliance with company regulation & law
- Verification of incoming VAT, issue & deliver VAT invoices to customers
- Monthly summary of VAT, food lump-sum and car allowance
- Employee assets, fixed assets and office equipment management
- Monthly bookkeeping document filing to agent and close communication
- Monthly close contact with HQ for Finance/Controlling topics
- Check company’s monthly financial reports incl. reporting to local management and HQ
- Filing of all original contracts as well as departmental documentation
- Create working procedures
- Coordination in auditing activity
- Other office administration topics upon need
您所需要的
- Bachelor degree
- At least 8 years of working experience in finance or accounting related job
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on details
- Good written and oral English skills; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good management on work under pressure, active on learning, willing to take challenges
- Highly-stable, highly-motivated, highly-committed
- Open-minded and friendly team player who enjoys working in an intercultural environment
