After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Maintenance and management of the IT infrastructure - in future also in other locations in Southeast Asia
- Management of hardware, software and licenses
- Setting up of hardware such as laptops, phones, PCs, printers, etc.
- Installation and maintenance of DELO internal software
- Troubleshooting / support of employees in Southeast Asia in case of IT problems
- Close cooperation with external IT partners
- Supervision and support of IT legal issues
- Establishment of IT procedures / processes
- Assisting in basic programming on request for day-to-day operations
- Taking over the additional role of a process owner if required
Your skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in an IT role for example, in first and second level IT support.
- Able to travel internationally for a longer period of time
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
- Good communication skills and be able to articulate technical issues to non-technical people
- Team spirit, analytical thinking, independence and a quick grasp of new ideas
