After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Receive and screen incoming phone calls, e-mails and mail
- Support the sales team in calendar management
- Organize business trips at national and international level including preparation of travel expense reports for our sales team
- Prepare and follow-up on internal and external meetings as well as preparing presentations and meeting minutes
- Create analyses, support in the development of action plans and deadline management
- Additional tasks as assigned such as handling of financial and accounting tasks in the scope of a vacation replacement, etc.
Your skills
- You are located in the Greater Sudbury Area (MA)
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business studies, office management or similar
- At least three years of experience in office administration
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office software including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to work with these programs
- Proficient writing skills, focusing on business-type correspondence, recording meeting minutes and drafting concise reports are important
- Capability of providing clear information in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritize and Willingness to work in an international team
