New Generation of Devices

DELOLUX lamps impress when it comes to fast curing and allow optimal adjustment to the adhesive used. They have a high energy efficiency and can achieve a service life of more than 20,000 hours, which is significantly higher than that of conventional lamps. Low power consumption and low maintenance make them the perfect choice for users wanting to save costs.

The DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 202 LED area lamps ensure homogeneous and reliable curing of adhesives. They now provide clearly increased intensities of up to 2 Watt / cm²,  which means that their power has been tripled. Curing of the adhesives can thus be accelerated, enabling, at the same time, higher production yield rates.

Both DELOLUX models are available in two versions with intensities up to 2,000 and 1,000 mW / cm², respectively, allowing for flexible use in any lighting situation. The respective light exit areas of the lamp heads are 100 × 100 and 202 × 49  mm². Their compact design makes it possible to combine any number of lamp modules of the same type in the x and y directions, for homogeneous curing of large bonding areas at a typical working distance ranging from 5 to 30 mm. To ensure process reliability, users should regularly check the intensity on the component by means of the DELOLUXcontrol light intensity meter.

DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 202 can now be easily and reliably controlled and operated via the touchscreen of the new DELOLUX pilot base control unit. This completes the implementation of a new generation of device technology.
