Copywriter and Marketing Specialist Shanghai

Translate, create and improve marketing and PR copy, especially for websites, whitepapers, brochures, mailings & newsletters, exhibitions, videos as well as press releases and articles
Manage and develop Chinese terminology, improve frequently used translations in translation memory
Develop compelling promotions headlines and claims for ads in trade magazines and websites, email signatures and online ads
Research new medias and editorial contacts. Add to contact database
Update global communication planning overview and manage monthly report
Create posts for DELO's Social Media channels (WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, etc), based on channel strategy and publish it
Support the DELO China team webinar program, including texts, backend, participant filter and CRM management, etc
Exhibition profile content creation and management (incl. uploads), onsite support booth setup
Other admin work assigned by supervisor

Bachelor degree in communications, Chinese, or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in copy-writing, editing or marketing related job
Excellent sense of language and style, versatility to handle different text genres, from short to long, from promotional to editorial
Good written and oral English skills;
Keen on understanding technical processes in the area of high-tech electronics manufacturing Highly-stable, highly-motivated, highly-committed
Open-minded and friendly team player who enjoys working in an intercultural environment
Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar graphics editing tools, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
