Katharina, tell us a little about yourself.

I work at DELO as part of the HR assistance team. One of my main tasks is to support the trainee recruiting process, which means I’m often the first point of contact for students. In my private life, I do a lot of sports, enjoy traveling to Italy, and participate in a carnival guard during the carnival season.

What is important to you in the application process?

The application process should run smoothly. As soon as I receive your application, if everything fits, I'll invite you to an interview via email and organize meetings to get to know each other on site. I am available for questions throughout the entire application process. It’s important to me that you, as an applicant, feel well taken care of at all times. It's better for you to contact me once too often than not enough!

Why do you enjoy working at DELO?

I completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at DELO myself, which creates a connection. It is particularly wonderful to observe how often unsure school leavers become confident and competent professionals.
