Training officer

Lara, tell us a little about yourself.

I am originally from the Rhineland and studied business administration in Cologne. After graduating, I was drawn to the mountains. I started at DELO in recruiting and after almost two years moved to the training department, as I'm motivated to support our trainees in starting their careers.

In my free time, I enjoy painting or being outdoors – whether in the mountains or at the beautiful lakes in Bavaria. Traveling is a great passion of mine. I've lived abroad several times and had the opportunity to get to know many different cultures and people.

What do you like about your job?

The opportunity to support and encourage our trainees. I really enjoy seeing how they develop and gradually become more independent. I can empathize with their situation and understand the challenges that starting a career brings.
