Svenja, tell us a little about yourself.

I come from near Marktoberdorf in the beautiful East Allgäu and take care of recruiting our trainees. Music is my great passion, which is why I play the piano and organ. I find balance in sports. Additionally, I am always drawn to travel, discovering new places and cultures.

How should one best prepare for an interview with you?

I am keen to learn why you applied for the apprenticeship and specifically at DELO. What motivates you? Please feel free to be honest and authentic. I'm particularly pleased when you have questions about the training. After all, you should form an impression of us just as we do of you.

Why do you enjoy working at DELO?

Firstly, because I really like our corporate culture. We have an open atmosphere where questions and ideas are always welcome. Secondly, because my role in recruiting for training fulfills me. Enabling young people to start their careers is fantastic. That keeps me motivated every day.
