Business Administration – focus on Freight Forwarding, Transport and Logistics (B. A.)
Learned theory and practice closely intertwined: As a dual student, you gain deep insights into our company and learn how logistics processes and commercial workflows work seamlessly together – from transport planning to warehouse management to production control. You will understand how different areas collaborate and develop into a true logistics professional who can contribute at every stage of the supply chain.
What you will learn with us
- Practical phase: During this time, you will apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies directly into practice and support our team with exciting tasks at our new logistics center. You will actively work on process optimizations, calculate and organize transports, and manage warehouse movements in the Warehouse Management System. To build experience along the entire supply chain, you will also get to know adjacent departments such as dispatching, production control, and sales.
- Theoretical phase: Together with DHBW Heidenheim, you will work towards a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Freight Forwarding, Transport and Logistics over three years. This recognized degree lays the solid foundation for your career at DELO.
- The practical and theoretical phases alternate in a 3-month rhythm.
- Throughout the entire program, you will be individually supported by a dedicated mentor.
What you should bring
- Abitur (German university entrance qualification) or Fachabitur (advanced technical college certificate)
- Good MS Office skills as well as proficiency in German and English
- Interest in business and economic contexts
- A strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
