We are an international leading manufacturer of industrial adhesives based in Windach near Munich. As an owner-managed company, DELO has stood for customized special adhesives for over 60 years. DELO Management
Our company management introduces itself
Dr. Wolf and Sabine Herold took over DELO Industrie Klebstoffe in 1998 as part of a management buy-out. Since then, both have been managing partners of the adhesives specialist. Before that, Dr. Wolf Herold, who holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering, had already worked for many years as Managing Director of DELO. Sabine Herold joined the company in 1989 after graduating as a chemical engineer. Before joining DELO's management board, she headed the Engineering, Marketing and Sales departments. Dr. Karl Bitzer, who holds a doctorate in physics, and Christian Walther, a graduate engineer, joined the management team in October 2022. Both have been in management positions at DELO for many years.
