トレーニング受講後、以下の業務に従事いただきます。
- Support to Deputy GM
- Sales support to whole EA team
- Sales meeting organization
- Analysis & processing of sales data, sales statistics, sales report
- Exhibition support
- Maintenance of customer in CRM and system support
- Handle customers’ phone/Email inquires
- Invitation letter, travel arrangements for HQ Colleagues
- Close contact with German HQ
- Other general secretarial and administration support
求めている人材
- At least 8~10 years of relevant office experience
- Science or Engineering background preferred
- Enough English skill for office work
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good excel skill as a plus
- stable, highly-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, highly-committed, friendly
- Bachler degree
