トレーニング受講後、以下の業務に従事いただきます。
- Travel arrangement/booking, bill checking & settlement
- Office equipment management
- Greeting visitors with drinks
- Send & receive domestic and oversea deliveries, full documentation
- File update on public drive
- Office maintenance (repair, leakage, parking lot etc.), close contact with property management office, office tidiness monitoring, office fire security monitoring with agents
- Purchase support & office consumables inventory management
- IT coordination with HQ, sales meeting/exhibition/HR support
- other general secretarial and administration support to Shanghai office

- At least 2 years of relevant office experience
- Enough English skill for office work
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
