Additive balancing with light-curing adhesives

Tolerances in today´s rotor manufacturing (e.g. injection molding of single parts, shaft insertion) will lead to imbalance. Therefore, all rotors must go through a balancing step to run smoothly. DELO and PMB developed an automated additive balancing approach by adhesives. The high-density balancing compound can be applied right after the balance test by jetting valves and be cured very fast by means of light curing. With this process, a very easy handling without manual steps is possible and also parts can be balanced, from which you can´t remove any material. In this webinar you can learn how easy it is to use this technology and learn from latest adhesive developments to further increase the density of light-curing adhesives.
