トレーニング受講後、以下の業務に従事いただきます。
- provide advisory support as import & export expert
- central coordination/arrangement of whole sample supply chain
- sample stock management including dynamic adjustment of sample refilling strategy, sample disposal, problem analysis, physical counting, sample tracking report/analysis/follow-up with sales
- warehouse management including layout, equipment, storage, safety compliance, procedure optimization, new warehouse searching/setup
- Lead of logistic projects especially CIP (continuous improvement process) projects
- Optimization of different source and delivery methods
- Evaluation of logistics KPI
- sample request coordination together with Chinese sales team and headquarter Germany
- reselling-goods’ inventory management including stock refilling plan/circulation/analysis/optimization
- close contact with sales, PM, HQ sample team, HQ Logistic team to adjust and react to strategy/market changes
- establish/improve working procedures; localization of procedures
求めている人材
- University diploma, preferred major in Logistic Management, storage, supply chain management etc. Chemical background as a plus
- >7 years working experience in inventory/supply chain management
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, strong ability of independent problem-solving, highly-motivated, detail-focused, self-managed
- fluent in English speaking and writing
