Intuitive

DELOLUX pilot AxT

The DELOLUX Pilot AxT focuses on user-friendliness with its touchscreen interface and larger dimensions.

Despite this focus, it can still be operated via PLC systems. In addition, it allows the control of up to four lamp heads.

Automation

DELOLUX pilot Axi / PROFINET

In contrast, the DELOLUX Pilot Axi and DELOLUX Pilot Axi PROFINET models are designed for space-saving installation in control cabinets of PLC-operated processing systems. They are more compact and lightweight than the DELOLUX Pilot AxT. Both models can control up to two lamp heads.

In addition, the PROFINET model provides advanced functions for quality assurance and process data acquisition by transmitting detailed feedback to the central PLC. With its fast response and reaction times, it is an excellent choice for Industry 4.0 applications.

Automated light curing processes

Control and monitor area lamps

These control units are versatile and suitable for all industries and applications utilizing DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 30 lamps for curing. Here are some examples:

  • Organic photovoltaic lamination: In order for solar cells to function reliably in the long term, they are often laminated with foil. For this process an array of multiple DELOLUX 301 with its linear irradiation area can be perfectly integrated into the lamination process
  • New curing option for mini speakers: In the manufacturing of mini speakers, the use of DELOLUX 301 optimizes processes. An example is attaching the diaphragm to the speaker frame, where the lamp's high intensity allows for faster and more continuous production
  • Fillet exposure for ADAS sensors: For ADAS sensors, such as those found in adaptive cruise control, the DELOLUX 301 allows for efficient fixation of sensor components with its linear irradiation geometry. The adhesive is briefly exposed at the fillet and then reaches its full strength subsequently under the influence of heat
