Fast adhesive curing with UV lamps
Speed is often the focus when it comes to using adhesives. UV curing lamps enable fast curing and are therefore often indispensable in the production process.
As a supplier of turnkey solutions, DELO provides light-curing adhesives and curing lamps that are perfectly matched for easy and reliable curing of photoinitiated-curing adhesives. Light-curing adhesives are cured by means of UV lamps which usually generate 100 to 1000 times the intensity of normal daylight. These UV lamps are available as area or spot lamps and use LEDs as their light source. Our UV lamps therefore offer you state-of-the-art lamp technology.
UV LED lamps have now gained market leadership when it comes to light-curing adhesives. Their major advantage is their long lifetime, which is well over ten times that of a discharge lamp, as well as higher energy efficiency and ease of control.
