DELOLUX 50 Series

Light-curing in a nutshell

The DELOLUX 50 series is available with various lamp heads. The light exit areas of these lamp heads range from 1 mm to 15 mm. Combined with the plug & play design and space-saving construction, this enables seamless integration into existing production lines. With a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours, these spot lamps deliver long-term performance with high homogeneity, consistent intensity, and the associated high process reliability.

The operation is controlled via the DELOLUX Pilot S series and supports PLC. A passive cooling mechanism using heat sinks in the lamp head enhances efficiency, even in automated processes with short cycle times

DELOLUX 50

The DELOLUX 50 and 505 feature a round design and offer exceptional flexibility: distance, irradiation area, and intensity can be individually adjusted depending on the lens.

The DELOLUX 50 lamp head is available in different wavelengths and offers intensities ranging from 3,500 to 18,000 mW/cm² as well as working distances from 2 mm to 9 mm.

Compact

DELOLUX 502

The DELOLUX 502, 503, and 504 feature a more rectangular design, which is advantageous for use in confined installation spaces or in automated production lines.

The DELOLUX 502 has the most compact design but offers a slightly lower intensity of up to 1,350 mW/cm² at a working distance of up to 6 mm.

Different angle

DELOLUX 503

The DELOLUX 502, 503, and 504 feature a more rectangular design, which is advantageous for use in confined installation spaces or in automated production lines.

The DELOLUX 503 differs in that it emits light at an angle of 30° and achieves intensities of up to 1,600 mW/cm² at a working distance of up to 15 mm.

Powerful

DELOLUX 504

The DELOLUX 502, 503, and 504 feature a more rectangular design, which is advantageous for use in confined installation spaces or in automated production lines.

The DELOLUX 504 is the most powerful of the three variants, reaching an intensity of up to 7,500 mW/cm² at a working distance of up to 6 mm.

Versatile

DELOLUX 505

The DELOLUX 50 and 505 feature a round design and offer exceptional flexibility: distance, irradiation area, and intensity can be individually adjusted depending on the lens.

It enables larger working distances while maintaining high intensity and homogeneity. The lamp heads can be used at working distances of up to 10 mm, achieving intensities between 7,950 and 10,500 mW/cm².
