Optimized process for the production of IPM rotors with bonded magnets

The production volumes of electric motors – especially traction motors in e-mobility – have a significant growth. Therefore, the combination of adhesives with high performance and a focus on fast production processes is very important. In collaboration with DELO, GROB Italy has developed a reliable process, which allows the quantity of adhesive to be minimized, while at the same time the costs of the final product and the energy costs can be optimized.

During the webinar GROB Italy will give insights into product modularity, the dispensing and curing of adhesives, magnet insertion and shaft fitting.

Additionally, DELO will introduce some high-performance dual-curing adhesives that meet the specific requirements of magnet bonding and help realizing fast production processes. You will get answers to questions like:
