Reliable two-Component solutions

DELO offers a broad range of 2-component adhesives based on epoxy resins. These DELO-DUOPOX adhesives cure after mixing resin and hardener at room temperature. They are generally characterized by universal adhesion, high chemical resistance, and excellent mechanical properties, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

The right adhesive for every application

The various DELO-DUOPOX products are optimized for different areas of application. Our portfolio ranges from very fast-curing rapid adhesives and highly resistant structural adhesives to flexible, tension-equalizing adhesives that can also withstand thermal loads. 

Their most important properties:

  • Curing at room temperature, accelerated curing by heat possible
  • Enables one-component processing using a double-chamber cartridge system
  • Universal and very good adhesion
  • Usual service temperature range up to +140 °C
  • High resistance to many chemicals
     

Structural Joining

DELO-DUOPOX SJ products

  • Optimized for structural bonds (structural joining)
  • Application-adapted flow behavior, from medium to high viscosity
  • Various mechanical settings available (tension-equalizing to high-strength)
  • Additional functions possible (flame protection, thermal conductivity (TC= themally conductive))

  • Used for: Fuel cells, e-motors, medical electronics

Casting Resin

DELO-DUOPOX CR products

  • Optimized for potting (casting resin)
  • Adapted flow behavior (low viscosity)
  • Various mechanical settings available (tension-equalizing to high-strength)
  • Additives available (low thermal expansion, thermally conductive, etc.)

  • Used for: Sensor potting, e-motors, smart card, medical electronics

Removable

DELO-DUOPOX RM products

  • Adhesives can be removed in a defined manner (removable)
  • Flow behavior, curing and thermal and chemical resistance adapted to the intended use
  • Various mechanical settings available (tension-equalizing to high-strength)

  • Used for: Batteries, renewable energies

Aviation Bonding

DELO-DUOPOX AB products

  • Flame protection compliant with FST standards (product-dependent)
  • High compression strength at temperature
  • Qualified and approved according to AIMS standards (product-dependent)

  • Used for: Insert & pins, decorative elements
