Then dual-curing DELO DUALBOND adhesives are just right for you. Our dual-curing solutions overcome these challenges by combining the advantages of light curing with other curing technologies. While light-curing ensures high precision and fast fixation, including direct further processing, the secondary curing mechanism ensures the security of the adhesive in all areas that cannot be reached by light. For optimized production processes, these systems combine the advantages of light-curing with those of other curing methods.
DELO has an exceptionally large portfolio of dual-curing adhesives, which means that you can always fall back on a suitable adhesive depending on your application and production requirements. For example, final curing can be achieved through heat, air humidity, or anaerobic conditions. In addition, even two-component epoxy resins can be equipped with light fixation, and thus further developed into a dual-curing product.
