The DELOLUX 30 series is particularly suited for automated and highly confined production environments. With its peak intensity of up to 25,000 W/cm², it offers fast curing speeds. The series is available in wavelengths of 365, 400, and 460 nm and includes three different lamp head variants.

Efficiency

DELOLUX 30

The basic DELOLUX 30 LED lamp heads can be used either as standalone devices or combined into arrays to create larger exposure areas. This makes them flexible and adaptable to different production requirements.

They feature a fixed connection for your external water cooling system and are operated with the control units of the DELOLUX Pilot A series.

Easy integration

DELOLUX 30 all-in-one

The DELOLUX 30 all-in-one lamp head is equipped with an integrated water cooling system and the Coldguide® liquid circuit, eliminating the need for additional cooling connections.

The integrated port for the DELOLUX Pilot A1T control module enables seamless integration into your production lines and offers fast plug-and-play installation.

Fast processing

DELOLUX 301

The DELOLUX 301 lamp head, with a linear exposure area of 38.7 mm × 8.45 mm, is ideal for highly automated processes in narrow production lines. The lamp heads can be used individually or combined into larger arrays.

By combining the modules in at least three directions, customized yet homogeneous exposure areas can be created. Depending on the process, either passive or water cooling can be used. In addition, exceptionally large working distances of up to 100 mm between lamp and components are possible.

Small area light-curing processes

High performance as a small area lamp

The DELOLUX 30 series impresses with its high performance as a small area lamp, specifically designed for light-curing applications in particularly tight production environments. These features enable various applications:

  • Organic photovoltaic lamination: In order for solar cells to function reliably in the long term, they are often laminated with foil. For this process an array of multiple DELOLUX 301 with its linear irradiation area can be perfectly integrated into the lamination process
  • New curing option for mini speakers: In the manufacturing of mini speakers, the use of DELOLUX 301 optimizes processes. An example is attaching the diaphragm to the speaker frame, where the lamp's high intensity allows for faster and more continuous production
  • Fillet exposure for ADAS sensors: For ADAS sensors, such as those found in adaptive cruise control, the DELOLUX 301 allows for efficient fixation of sensor components with its linear irradiation geometry. The adhesive is briefly exposed at the fillet and then reaches its full strength subsequently under the influence of heat
