LED line lamps for maximum flexibility in adhesive curing
LED line lamp for especially intensive curing processes of adhesives in the production of small electronic components. DELOLUX 301 is suitable for highly automated processes in small and narrow production lines. The lamp thus offers the highest curing speeds and great flexibility for integration into production systems.
Thanks to its very high intensity of up to 30 W/cm², it enables the highest speeds in the curing of light-curing adhesives. High intensities at small working distances, on the other hand, allow great flexibility at large working distances of up to 100 mm, still with sufficiently high intensities for the curing of DELO adhesives. The lamp’s compact head dimensions, measuring 42.7 mm x 13 mm x 67.2 mm, contribute to a high degree of flexibility for integration into production systems as well.
The lamp head produces a linear irradiated area of 38.7 mm x 8.45 mm. The DELOLUX 301 can be operated as a single head or seamlessly combined to form a larger array. As the lamp heads can be lined up seamlessly in at least three directions, customized – yet homogeneous – irradiation areas can be implemented. The LED lamp can thus be perfectly adapted to customer-specific production conditions and flexibly integrated into fully automated production lines.
DELOLUX 301 is suitable for clean rooms as standard. The lamp head can be used passively or water-cooled, depending on the process. Due to the high intensity involved, we recommend water cooling and offer a suitable cooling profile for the lamp head for this purpose – if not already available in your system.
The lamp is available with wavelengths of 365 nm and 400 nm or, optionally, 460 nm. DELOLUX 301 is therefore ideal for UV- and light-curing adhesives from DELO, such as DELO PHOTOBOND and DELO KATIOBOND. Their achievable useful life is more than 20,000 hours. The lamp heads can be replaced quickly and easily on the DELOLUX pilot control units via plug-and-play.
