The DELO-DOT D4 jet valve is an uncompromising solution for your dispensing needs: offering precision, speed, and modularity in a single compact device. Designed as a non-contact piezo-based dispensing system, it efficiently handles liquid media. Capable of continuous dispensing at a maximum dispensing frequency of up to 1,500 drops per second and maintaining a consistent dispensing frequency of up to 200 Hz without losing performance, it significantly accelerates production processes. The DELO-DOT D4 allows for various fluids, greases, and adhesives (viscosity > 5,000 mPa·s) to be jetted onto substrates with reproducible volumes and the highest precision.

DELO-DOT D4

The integrated nozzle heating allows the viscosity of the dispensing media to be optimally adjusted for the process. The DELO-DOT D4 can also be used in miniaturized applications, supporting the precise dispensing of small volumes as little as 2 nl. The dispensing valve has a modular design, with the entire fluidic system—consisting of the media channel, plunger, nozzle, and nozzle seat—forming a single unit.

The system can be disassembled and cleaned with just a few simple steps, minimizing downtime. Its compact design also enables space-saving integration into existing systems, while the piezo-based mechanism reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for compressed air.
