DELO offers a range of 2-component epoxy resin-based adhesives that cure at room temperature after mixing resin and hardener. DELO-DUOPOX adhesives are characterized by universal adhesion, high resistance to chemicals and excellent mechanical properties. They are therefore used in a wide variety of industrial applications.

The right adhesive for every application

The DELO-DUOPOX portfolio ranges from very fast-curing adhesives and highly resistant structural adhesives to flexible, stress-compensating potting compounds that can also withstand thermal loads.

Their most important properties:

Curing at room temperature, accelerated curing by heat possible
Manual processing from double chamber cartridges possible
Typical temperature range up to +140 °C
High resistance to many chemicals

Structural Joining

Optimized for structural bonds (Structural Joining)
Application-adapted flow behavior, from medium to high viscosity
Mechanics adjustable from stress compensation to high-strength
Products with thermal conductivity and flame protection possible

Casting Resin

DELO-DUOPOX CR products

Optimized for potting applications (Casting Resin)
Adapted flow behavior (low viscosity)
Mechanics adjustable from stress compensation to high-strength
Products with low thermal expansion and thermal conductivity possible

Used for: Sensor potting, e-motors, smart card, medical electronics

Removable

Adhesives can be removed in a defined manner (Removable)
Flow behavior adapted to the intended use, as well as thermal and chemical resistance
Mechanics adjustable from tension-compensating to high-strength
