DELOMAT 101

The DELOMAT 101 offers an easy-to-use economical solution for controlling your manufacturing process. As a pressure-time dispensing device, it regulates the flow of liquids and pasty media by opening and closing the valve within a specified time. Its strengths are particularly evident in semi-automatic applications for small batches and in prototype development. It is suitable for a wide range of liquids and pasty media.

Since it can be controlled via PLC, it can be easily integrated into automated systems, allowing for fully automatic operation. Alternatively, semi-automatic control via foot pedal and toggle switch is supported. The flexibility guarantees investment security when establishing your production. This is because the DELOMAT 101 can usually be integrated into existing production processes without the need for major adjustments. In addition, low downtime and maintenance costs are to be expected, as there are no wear parts built into the system.
