Pneumatic jet valves for contactless micro dispensing

The DELO-DOT PN5 and DELO-DOT PN5 LV pneumatic jet valves are optimal for complex microdispensing. Thanks to very short cycle times and reproducible processes, these valves are ideal for industrial series production. With a dispensing frequency of up to 300 Hz and the highest plunger speeds, the valves deliver maximum performance. Even highly viscous materials can be applied completely contact-free in the smallest diameters of <250 µm.

DELO-DOT PN5 is designed to be user-friendly. The modular design makes both maintenance and cleaning uncomplicated. Thanks to its space-saving design, the jet valve can be ideally integrated into any production line. The cartridge holder, which can be placed at a 90° angle, allows media to be fed from all four sides of the unit, depending on the system.

DELO-DOT PN5 LV (LV = low viscosity) is primarily designed for low-to-medium-viscosity media. Minimum dispensing quantities of around 1 nl are possivle, which corresponds to droplet diameters of 250 µm or less. Its lightweight construction enables high acceleration as well as a smaller sxis and drive design.

LED curing lamps for quick adhesive curing processes
