Pneumatic jet valves for contactless microdispensing

The pneumatic microdispensing jet valves DELO-DOT PN5 and DELO-DOT PN5 LV are designed for use in reproducible serial processes and short cycle times. With a dispensing frequency of up to 300 Hz and class-leading plunger speeds, these valves can even apply highly viscous materials contact-free at diameters below 250 µm.

DELO-DOT PN5

DELO-DOT PN5 is designed to keep operating costs low and ensure a continuous production flow. As a result, the jet valve is particularly user-friendly in its design. Thanks to its modular design, both maintenance and cleaning are simple.

Thanks to its space-saving design, the jet valve can be seamlessly integrated into any production line. The cartridge holder, which can be placed at a 90° angle, allows media to be fed from all four sides of the unit.

Low viscosity

DELO-DOT PN5 LV

DELO-DOT PN5 LV (LV = low viscosity) is primarily designed for low-to-medium-viscosity media. Minimum dispensing quantities of around 1 nl are possible, which corresponds to droplet diameters of 250 µm or less.

Its lightweight construction enables high acceleration as well as a smaller axis and drive design.

Ideal for dispensing of micro volumes

  • Edge-blackening of AR lenses: The DELO-DOT PN5 LV is ideal for black bondlines on the edge of irregular lens shapes due to its flexible dispensing distance
  • Edge bonding of chips: Fast and contact-free application of adhesive beads enables precise dispensing without the risk of contamination in edge bond solutions
  • Jetting for mini speakers: Precise cycle times and high dispensing frequencies ensure even adhesive application, for example when bonding coils in smartphone speakers
