The DELOLUX pilot AxT focuses on user-friendliness with its touchscreen interface and larger dimensions.

Despite this focus, it can still be operated via PLC systems. In addition, it allows the control of up to four lamp heads.

Automation

DELOLUX pilot Axi / PROFINET

In contrast, the DELOLUX pilot Axi and DELOLUX pilot Axi PROFINET models are designed for space-saving installation in control cabinets of PLC-operated processing systems. They are more compact and lightweight than the DELOLUX pilot AxT. Both models can control up to two lamp heads.

In addition, the PROFINET model provides advanced functions for quality assurance and process data acquisition by transmitting detailed feedback to the central PLC. With its fast response and reaction times, it is an excellent choice for Industry 4.0 applications.

Automated light curing processes

Control and monitor area lamps

These control units are versatile and suitable for all industries and applications utilizing DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 30 lamps for curing. Here are some examples:

  • Tail tacking in HDD production: With its 23 mm light exit area, the DELOLUX 30 is ideal for tail tacking in HDD production. The lamp's peak intensity enables a higher output and reduces production costs.
  • LED packaging: LED packaging allows you to position the lamp head so that the adhesive gets illuminated from above. Higher peak intensity reduces irradiation time, boosting production yield.
  • New process option for mini speakers: UV-curing DELO PHOTOBOND adhesives are used in mini speakers, such as those in smartphones, for bonding applications like attaching the membrane. Proviously, large area lamps were used for curing, but the high intensities of the water-cooled DELOLUX 301 now accelerate this process.
  • Optimized irradiation path for high output in smart card applications
  • High-intensity exposure for board coating
