With endless piston principle
The DELO-DIV volumetric dispensers series applies adhesives with the highest precision. This volumetric 1-component dispensing system processes one-component adhesives using the proven endless piston principle. It achieves a dispensing accuracy of up to 99%, regardless of the material's viscosity. With DELO-DIV, drip formation is a thing of the past. The dispensing processes are clean and reproducible.
When combined with Activation on the Flow, the DELO DIV series can be particularly suitable for complex geometries. Light-curing adhesives are already pre-activated during dispensing, allowing for immediate processing. Quality losses due to viscosity fluctuations are no longer an issue.
The volumetric dispensing systems offer the same high precision but differ in size and possible dispensing volume. The DELO-DIV VD450 and DELO-DIV VD330 are more compact and lightweight, making them ideal for tight production system. With its minimum dispensing volume of 4 μl and 2 μl respectively, they are ideal for highly miniaturized applications. The DELO-DIV VD600 can dispense small amounts as low as 15 μl, but it shows its strengths to the fullest extend with larger flow rates of 1.4 – 16.0 ml/min.
Compact
DELO-DIV VD330
The DELO-DIV VD330 is the compactest variation of the series.
Its ideal for smallest dispensing quantities with a minimum dispensing volume of 2 µl and a volume flow of 0.2 to 3.3 ml/min.
Lightweight
DELO-DIV VD450
The DELO-DIV VD450 is also very lightweight and compact, making it ideal for tight production systems.
Its ideal for small dispensing quantities with a minimum dispensing volume of 4 µl and a volume flow of 0.5 to 6 ml/min.
Highest Flow Rate
DELO-DIV VD600
The DELO-DIV VD600 can dispense small amounts as low as 15 μl.
It shows its strengths to the fullest extend with larger flow rates of 1.4 – 16.0 ml/min.
