Dispensing and curing in one device

With DELO-ACTIVIS 600, manufacturing processes can be significantly optimized - thanks to its activation on the flow technology. It allows for simultaneous curing and dispensing of adhesives, a process referred to as pre-activation of the adhesive. Pre-activation enables immediate further processing of assemblies after adhesive application.

The pre-activation of adhesives with DELO-ACTIVIS 600 leads to more efficient processes, shortens overall process times and increases throughput. The device is highly versatile, allowing for the implementation of various product requirements - from opaque components to complex geometries with undercuts and shadow zones. For adhesives, the DELO KATIOBOND FA series is suitable. These are light-curing, available with different mechanical properties, and exhibit good resistance to temperature and media once cured.
