Chemistry class can get pretty intense, with experiments that can get unpredictable. What’s more important than good grades in this class is safety, which is why wearing lab coats is essential. DELO Academy is stepping up to ensure students are properly dressed in the chemistry lab by generously donating 240 lab coats to schools in and around Landsberg.
There is an air of excitement at these schools: The Dominikus-Zimmermann-Gymnasium, the Ignaz-Kögler-Gymnasium, and the Agricultural Education Center in Landsberg, now all equipped with fresh, new lab coats. The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium in St. Ottilien, Schondorf's Boys' Secondary School, and Dießen's Girls' Secondary School are following suit, each receiving 30 units.
But it doesn't stop there: The renowned Chemistry School in Munich, where future Chemical-Technical Assistants often begin their training, is also benefitting from this donation. With these new coats, their students are all well-prepared for hands-on learning.
The donation, valued at €5,700, supports the advancement of scientific education and student safety. It enables hands-on experiences that spark enthusiasm among students, potentially paving the way for future scientific discoveries—safely and stylishly clad in new lab coats.
