Leading the portfolio is DELO PHOTOBOND MG4202, specifically designed for structural bonds in wearables. This skin-safe adhesive offers remarkable fast curing capabilities - just one second at 1000 mW/cm² LED intensity. The colorless adhesive operates across temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
The complete portfolio includes five specialized variants for different medical electronics bonding applications. DELO PHOTOBOND MG4191 serves as a versatile, multi-purpose solution with high strength and flexibility. This lower-viscosity modification offers excellent water resistance.
The new adhesives for glucose monitoring sensors complement DELO's existing medical portfolio, including the hydrophobic DELO PHOTOBOND MG4047 for potting applications. These solutions protect underlying electronics from moisture and sweat in wearable medical devices.
