Precise sustainability assessment following Catena-X and Together for Sustainability standards

The calculations follow recognized standards including Catena-X and "Together for Sustainability".
DELO employs a comprehensive approach to CO2 accounting that captures all relevant emission sources. For raw material accounting, the company utilizes industry-standard databases supplemented with precise CO2 data from suppliers. Transport-related emissions are estimated based on supplier information. An internal screening study provides detailed data on production emissions for selected adhesives.
The Product Carbon Footprint encompasses CO2 emissions across various life cycle phases of a product. DELO focuses on the cradle-to-gate approach, calculating emissions from raw material extraction through the supply chain to production processes. The calculation methodology follows guidelines from Catena-X, a data ecosystem for the automotive industry, and "Together for Sustainability", a chemical industry initiative promoting sustainability performance measurement in supply chains.
