High intensity curing for faster cycle times

Its maximum intensity of 4,000 mW/cm² at a wavelength of 365 nm provides the curing lamp with numerous benefits: Its higher intensity makes adhesives cure faster, reducing cycle times. In addition, you can place the lamp further away, since its high intensity compensates for the physically induced power reduction that occurs with increasing distance. Longer working distances offer more flexibility for integration into production lines.

With installation space being limited in the consumer electronics and automotive industries, DELO has given the lamp an ultra-compact design. At the same time, optimized thermal management ensures that generated heat from LEDs is quickly dissipated by a direct connection to the heat sink, increasing longevity. This passive cooling system prevents air turbulence, making it suitable for use in clean rooms. The light exit area is elliptical, which makes it possible for you to selectively irradiate certain areas.

Easy integration and maintenance

Connecting points, the geometry of emitted light, as well as light distribution characteristics of DELOLUX 504’s light source are the same as those of its predecessor. Existing systems can be converted with very little effort. Another advantage is the lamp's detachable connecting cable. In contrast to many other lamp systems, the lamp head can be easily replaced, for example at end of service life, with no need to disassemble the entire production line.
