After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks
- Attend to customer visits, equipment inquiries, commissioning, and post-sales service support (both remote and onsite)
- Prepare and document visit reports and test results
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct equipment training and equipment demonstrations (onsite)
- Support the maintenance of the long-term equipment loan pool at subsidiaries in Malaysia and Thailand
- Engage in frequent travel (at least 50%) to support equipment activities in Southeast Asia, including India
- Support Sales Managers and distributors onsite
- Work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Product Management, and Sales
- Assist in equipment lab trials, equipment repairs, and equipment loan management when not traveling (as a backup)
Your skills
- Minimum diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field
- Enjoy working with customers and be willing to travel (at least 50%)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Positive attitude towards learning new technology and handling projects
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Responsible, motivated, and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
