At our Customer Innovation Centers, advanced tech, decades of industry experience, and creative thinking all merge in one place. When our customers come to us, they seek to develop new approaches to their processes, from high-tech adhesives to smart dispensing technology and fast curing methods, with our expertise.  

From ideation to deployment, our engineers take a solution-oriented approach to specify our products to your process’s demands. Doing so helps us continue to forge innovation in the automotive, consumer and medical electronics, and semiconductor industries, all while helping you reap its economic and sustainability benefits.  

Each year, over 100 customers from across the globe come to us to jointly develop and test adhesive and process solutions. Our Customer Innovation Centers have four locations: in Shanghai, Singapore, Boston, and at our headquarters in Windach, Germany, serving markets in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, respectively.
