Combines the best of two worlds

Do you need short cycle times, precise alignment of components or do you have components with shadow zones that cannot be reached with purely light-curing products?

While light curing ensures that the components are fixed quickly for further processing, the secondary curing mechanism reliably cures the adhesive in all areas that cannot be reached by light.

The right adhesive for every application

DELO has a broad portfolio of dual-curing adhesives, which means that you can always choose the right product depending on the application and production requirements. The final curing of the adhesive is achieved in the second step by heat, humidity or anaerobic ambient conditions. Two-component epoxy resins can also be equipped with the light fixability function.

The various product families each focus on one curing method and combine this with the advantages of light fixation.

Optical Bonding
