DELO finished the last fiscal year (until March 31) shaped by the Covid-19 pandemic with revenues of EUR 167 million. At the end of a year of major fluctuations in demand, the company experienced growth of around two percent over the previous year's EUR 163 million. Particularly strong, double-digit revenue growth was recorded in Japan and South Korea.
DELO closed the financial year that ended on March 31 with a turnover of EUR 163 million. This is an increase of almost five percent compared to the previous year (EUR 156 million). Despite increasing coronavirus restrictions worldwide, even the last quarter of the fiscal year contributed to this result.
DELO reported revenues of € 156 million (previous year: € 159 million) for the fiscal year ending on March 31. The adhesive manufacturer anticipates revenues in the region of € 170 million for the current year.
DELO Industrial Adhesives has moved into a new corporate headquarters building in China in order to expand its presence in there. Under the motto “Building for the Future,” the opening of the new location was celebrated in the presence of 100 customers, partners and journalists as well as a representative from the international China Chamber of Commerce.
DELO Industrial Adhesives looks back on a very successful financial year. The company not only achieved a sales record of nearly 160 million euros, but also record growth. The employees will receive a special bonus for their contribution to the success.
62 students of TUM Asia, a foreign branch of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), visited DELO as part of their semester abroad at TUM. During the study visit, they learned about the company's working processes and the use of high-tech adhesives in cars and smartphones.
