DELO-ACTIVIS 330

With DELO-ACTIVIS 330, manufacturing processes become significantly more efficient – thanks to proven activation-on-the-flow technology. This technology enables dispensing and curing of adhesives in a single process step, a method referred to as pre-activation of the adhesive. Pre-activation allows for immediate further processing of assemblies after adhesive application.

DELOMAT 101

DELO-QUICK

DELO-QUICK is used for accelerated curing of DELO-adhesives on various surfaces. Therefore, DELO-QUICK is first applied to one bonding surface, while the DELO adhesive.

DELO-ML

The DELO-ML product range features heat-resistant, one-component adhesives that cure anaerobically—that is, without air—through contact with metal ions. These adhesives are ideal for screw locking, thread and surface sealing, and bonding coaxial metal components.

DELOLUX 20 Series

The LED area lamps of the DELOLUX 20 series enable rapid curing of extensive adhesive layers through homogeneous exposure. Our LED area lamps can be adapted to meet specific production requirements and flexibly integrated into fully automated production lines.

DELO-XPRESS Pressure Tanks

Do you need a reliable solution for dispensing a wide variety of single-component materials? Your requirement: Quick handling and precise, bubble-free dispensing? The DELO-XPRESS pressure tank offers the perfect answer with its extensive compatibility and easy control.

DELO-XPRESS Dispensing Guns

The DELO-XPRESS dispensing guns series is designed for easy, bubble-free dispensing of DELO adhesives. They work seamlessly with 50 ml and 200 ml side-by-side cartridges, and 1:1 and 2:1 side-by-side cartridges. By adjusting the mixing ratio, tailored adhesives can be dispensed, expanding its range of applications.

DELO-XPRESS C30

Simplify your production processes with the DELO-XPRESS C30, the universal pneumatic small cartridge adapter. The adapter impresses with its easy handling, compact design and high process reliability. Perfectly suited for 30 cc, 55 cc and 70 cc cartridges from all common manufacturers.

DELOLUX pilot A series

The DELOLUX pilot A series provides a comprehensive solution for managing and powering up to four lamp heads at once. These control units are designed for seamless integration into PLC-operated process systems, ensuring optimal control over your curing processes.

DELOLUX pilot S series

The DELOLUX pilot S series eases the control of complex production processes. It can control up to four lamp heads and seamlessly integrates into existing systems. Its compact design and flexible control options allow for quick adjustments, even in limited and rapidly changing production quarters.

DELO-DOT RE

The DELO-DOT RE pneumatic retraction valve strikes the balance between the repeatability and control of high-quality volumetric or jetting systems and the simple, direct dispensing of cartridges. After dispensing, the needle retracts to reverse adhesive flow. The resulting vacuum effect prevents dripping.

DELOLUX 30 Series

The DELOLUX 30 series is particularly suited for automated and highly confined production environments. With its peak intensity of up to 25 W/cm², it offers fast curing speeds. The series is available in wavelengths of 365, 400, and 460 nm and includes three different lamp head variants.

DELO-DropX VP2

One common problem that regularly affects dispensing systems is residual media, which can impair functionality and lead to production interruptions. Therefore, an efficient and straightforward cleaning solution is crucial. DELO addresses this problem with the DELO-DropX VP2. This cleaning device ensures reliable removal of adhesive residues and ensures the smooth operation of your dispensing systems.

DELO-DIV series

DELOLUX 50 series

In industrial series production, fast and reproducible light curing is indispensable. With intensities of up to 18 W/cm², the spot lamps in the DELOLUX 50 series provide light curing in fractions of a second. The LED lamp heads stand out with their low power consumption and low maintenance requirements.

DELO-DUOPOX

DELO-DUOPOX are versatile two-component epoxy-based adhesives known for their universal adhesion and adaptability.

DELO MONOPOX

To meet the most diverse customer requirements, DELO offers a wide range of heat-curing adhesives under the DELO MONOPOX brand. These are based on different chemical compositions: from epoxy adhesives with different hardener classes such as acid anhydrides or amines to heat-curing cationic epoxy resins and heat-curing acrylates. The portfolio is rounded off by DELO's own product class of mCD adhesives.

DELO KATIOBOND

DELO KATIOBOND adhesives are light-curing epoxies that cure via cationic polymerization. They are characterized by their high adhesive strength, low shrinkage and excellent resistance to chemical and thermal influences. They are suitable for demanding bonding applications in the automotive and consumer camera sectors as well as for optical applications and electric motors.

DELO DUALBOND is the product brand of choice if you want to combine the advantages of light-curing or light fixation with other curing methods.

DELO PHOTOBOND adhesives are versatile and a reliable solution for demanding bonding and potting applications as well as the realization of short cycle times.

DELO-GUM

DELO-GUM adhesives are ideal for creating permanent, highly flexible bonds and offer superior adhesive properties compared to conventional silicones.

DELO-PUR

DELO-PUR adhesives are perfect for medium technical requirements in electronics, electrical engineering, and precision mechanics.

DELO-DOT PN5 Series

The pneumatic microdispensing jet valves DELO-DOT PN5 and DELO-DOT PN5 LV are designed for use in reproducible serial processes and short cycle times. With a dispensing frequency of up to 300 Hz and class-leading plunger speeds, these valves can even apply highly viscous materials contact-free at diameters below 250 µm.

DELOLUXcontrol

The DELOLUXcontrol light intensity meter is designed to detect fluctuations in light intensity caused by factors such as contamination, distance changes, or lamp head aging. Recognizing these variations is essential to maintain consistent intensity levels and achieve optimal results in the light curing of adhesives during production processes.
